Book A Custom or Group Order

This section is to book a custom group or individual Bottlegirl uniform order.  For the best experience please download WhatsApp and send us a message to 813-857-2870 with the following information:

• Your name and/or group name or event
• Amount of pieces you are requesting 
• Desired needed by date
• Inspiration photos for your design (these can be obtained from our instagram page @AttitudeBehaviorClothing or via the web)
• Names and sizes for each style requested

Please note most custom orders have a processing time of 7-10 business days (not including holidays or weekends).  Fabrics and materials in house can shorten the timeframe and peak seasons can extend times. Please plan accordingly.  

Minimum half deposit is required to start the process of your order and places your order in our books for production.  Without a deposit or payment we cannot consider you as booked.  If you choose to make a deposit, final payment is due prior to shipping or at final pick up.  

Once you have made your payment, we will then start the process of your order.  This is the start date of your order.  Orders with less than a week’s notice are considered RUSH and will be charged a $25 RUSH fee in addition to the fee of the garment.  

Group orders must be placed by one designated person in the group, who will gather names, sizes, style and payments for the group. Deposits for group orders are accepted but please be aware that full payment must be made prior to shipping.  Late payments can result in a delay of delivery.  Individuals who are in a group and choose to place their order outside of a group order are considered an individual custom order and will follow normal processing times.  Orders placed after cut off times will not be accepted  as same delivery dates made with an already placed group order and we cannot guarantee same delivery date for an order placed outside the group, so please plan accordingly.

Payments we accept are: PayPal (5 % fee) ALL Major Credit Cards by Invoice, Zelle (lujeanikdesigns@gmail.com) Apple Pay (813-857-2870) and Cash (Location, Jax, Fl).

All custom orders are non-refundable.  If there is an issue with your order please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, so that we can figure out a resolution.
